From humble beginnings to culinary innovation, Chad Wyrosdick and Troy Ganter have combined their talents and shared vision to create something truly unique.
Chad, originally from Columbus, Georgia, has called Florida home for 17 years, working his way up in kitchens from West Palm Beach to Lauderdale By The Sea. As Executive Chef of Papa’s Raw Bar and Co-Owner of Won-Tom’s, Chad brings bold creativity and a passion for flavor to the table.
Troy, a native of Lighthouse Point and founder of the Eat Drink and Be Local® lifestyle, has spent his life immersed in the restaurant industry. In 2023, Troy and Chad teamed up to launch Won-Tom’s, a groundbreaking Asian fusion kitchen that pairs bold American and Asian flavors with their own creative twist. Located in the nostalgic Cove Shopping Center, and paired with the Cove Brewery, Won-Tom’s is all about “kick-ass food, damn good beer, and good vibes only.” From dim sum and then sum to innovative crasian (Caribbean-Asian) fusion dishes, Won-Tom’s is redefining the culinary scene in South Florida. Jimmy Everett, a native of south Florida, began his culinary career young and humble. At 15, Everett became a busboy at the Atlantis Country Club in Lake Worth and eventually pestered his way into a job on the line. Inspired by teachers and a fellow busboy who went on to attend culinary school, Everett matured, and set out for New York, enrolling at the Culinary Institute of America.
During his studies, he interned at American Seasons on Nantucket, where he was first introduced to the world of fine dining. Staying with the Altamarea global empire, Everett opened Al Molo Ristorante Italiano in Hong Kong as executive chef in 2011.
Following that experience Everett, traveled throughout the Americas, including the Caribbean, and opened a restaurant in California before returning to south Florida as chef de cuisine of Valentino Cucina Italiana, Everett is pushing boundaries in Fort Lauderdale. In March 2018 Everett alongside his business partner and wife, Ilia Gonzalez, opened the doors to his own restaurant, Driftwood in Boynton Beach, FL.

Baking has always been a passion of Brittney’s since she was a little girl. She grew up eating her grandmother’s chocolate chip cookies for every holiday. When her grandmother passed, she left Brittney her recipe to keep the tradition alive. Brittney knew the cookies were too good to keep within the family and decided to open a homemade baking business.
Since opening in 2023, she has created and added a variety of new flavors to her menu, such as Peanut Butter Drizzle, Peppermint Oreo, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Chocolate Oreo. She has also expanded beyond baking cookies to making flourless chocolate cake, brownies, banana bread, and more.
Since launching, we have been a part of The Gardens Greenmarket, the Olive Branch Greenmarket, and the Tequesta Farmers Market, as well as attending over 25 weekend festivals, competitions, and events. Check out our “Events” tab on our website to see where we’ll be next!

Baking has been a passion of mine since I was fourteen years old. It begin as a hobby and has now evolved into a business. The concept of Sherrell s Sugar Shack came about when my oldest daughter joined the dance line in High School. Extra funds were needed for uniforms. So a friend suggested I should sell my mom s famous Sour Cream Pound Cake. And So I did! The pound cakes later became cupcakes along with other decadent treats and Sherrell s Sugar Shack was born.
Growing up in a household of 6 kids, cooking and family gatherings were the norm. During the holidays, our table had no less than 10 cakes, no less than 10 pies, and included other homemade desserts like peach cobbler and banana pudding, just to name a few. From layered Coconut cakes to Sweet Potato pies, you name it, we had it! Our house was the it house where everyone would meet, eat, laugh and have a great time.
